Recommended Daily Serving
Take up to 3 servings per day.

Instructions: To prepare one serving, add 1 1/2 scoops (33g) of powder to 180-200mL of water or any beverage you prefer. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavour and consistency. Scoop inside container.
